Sabine Marie
Sabine Marie studied Brazilian Literature and Social Anthropology. She is active as a musician and organizes the Jazz Picnic Berlin as Marie Kühn. She has performed as a DJ in clubs in Berlin and São Paulo and has done cultural PR, for example for the gallery Choque Cultural, São Paulo and the Berlin office of the Goethe-Institut. She has been an editor at HKW since 2014.

What does it mean to do archival research in embodied ways? Where is ‘the archive’ located in such an approach? And how might the open form of ‘the score’—a provisional map, a musical or performance score, a speculative cartography, an image atlas, a set of instructions—offer possibilities for articulating and transmitting the knowledge of elusive archives?
