Valeria D’Ambrosio
Valeria D’Ambrosio is an art historian and curator whose research explores the interactions between art and science and the valorization of museum and archive collections. A research fellow at the University of Modena for the establishment of a multimedia research archive, she is currently curating an Art&Science festival on the impact of human activities on nature at Villa Romana in Florence.

CLEPTOCRAZIA is an art and science festival curated by Valeria D’Ambrosio at Villa Romana in Florence. The project aims to disseminate knowledge on the roots of the environmental crisis through a cycle of lectures, screenings and performances with the contribution of international artists and scientists.
This collective visualisation represents the outcome of our workshop. It represents our attempt to create our own archive on escape fantasies, inspired through theory and practice of the workshop sessions, which featured several interview with local Berlin artists and curators.
